We recruited Adam to the Traveloka design innovation team after watching him in action while working for the Ministry of Tourism on a joint project with us, and we did not regret bringing him on. Adam possess a natural talent for sensemaking and systems design, which coupled with an impressive drive to learn made him a key contributor in our team. I observed Adam grow rapidly while working with him, and I could trust him with running his own independent projects involving senior stakeholders without much direction and supervision needed.
