I was fortunate to manage Adam at IBG in the Engineering department. Adam showed strength and ability early on in our teams forming around BIM understanding, workflows, and implementation. Through our time at IBG, Adam and I were able to build out the BIM offering and implementation plan, benefiting not only our coordination efforts with our client base externally, but more importantly building efficiencies with our project deliverable internally.
