Supervising asphalting works in line with safety, quality and cost control requirements to ensure delivery on programme to our clients’ satisfaction. Actively promoting the values of the company and assists our Contracts Managers in the day to day management and delivery of a project. I direct individual foremen and plan future workload to meet the targets of the contract plan and monitor production, the supply chain and subcontractors. I place timely and accurate orders for materials and plant to ensure efficient production, balancing cost against client value and adherence to standards.
