      As the Command's functional and programmatic subject matter expert (SME) for the cyber exercise program, my role involves managing the preparation of multiple, simultaneous exercises and certification events to support Combatant Commander (CCMD) cyberspace operations exercises. I am responsible for engineering realistic scenarios and virtualized networks that aid in individual training, team training, and mission qualification training within authorized training environments. Work closely with stakeholders and partners at MARFORCYBER, MCCYWG, MCCOB military Services, Service Cyber Component Commands, and other commands to conduct preparation and validation to meet the specified mission requirements of supported CCMDs. My duties include analyzing requirements, conducting planning, monitoring execution, and performing assessments on behalf of MCCYWG. Develop recommendations for MCCYWG investment plans related to training infrastructure and/or training environments, ensuring the support and maintenance of operational capability/capacity in accordance with the Campaign Plan. I am responsible for creating the MCCYWG training schedule for each fiscal year, fulfilling the CMF development and maintenance requirements directed by USCYBERCOM and Service Headquarters. Including individual, sub-unit, and unit of action training and certification activities in support of the MCCYWG Training and Exercise Employment Plan. Supervise and coordinate command efforts to develop training and exercise objectives, concepts, Mission Essential Task Lists (METLs), and force lists to meet capability and capacity requirements identified by higher headquarters and comply with Joint and Service doctrine.
