Responsibilities •Responsible for overseeing production operations of all types, which includes oil/gas/water-producing wells and facilities. •Responsible for production optimization of assigned wells and facilities: monitoring production rates and downtime; maintaining well test schedules; conducting failure analysis and recommending, and as appropriate, implementing corrective action; preparing, maintaining, and submitting daily reports of volumes, well pressure, chemical usage, etc. •Provide supervisory and technical support for natural gas gathering, compression, treating and production facilities. •Direct field activities, supervise gas and liquid operations; prepare various reports; process and approve invoices; evaluate and maintain environmental and regulatory compliance; establish working relationship with field operations and regulatory representatives; and perform other duties as assigned. •Develop facility operating budgets and control operating costs for assigned facilities; to manage small as well as large projects and scheduled maintenance of assigned facilities; to show proficiency using various computer software programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel, company supplied databases (Open Wells, WINS, SAP, PDB, Cynget, I-Maps etc.) to capture all data in the field and insure the accuracy of the reports and to accomplish assigned responsibilities with minimal supervision and work in a team environment. •Ensure safety of work practices, procedures and environment by providing adequate safety training to personnel, incorporating safety consideration into the design of work procedures, methods and products or services. •Knowledge of operations procedures and equipment/instrumentation usage. •Develop long range goals and plans to meet the projected design and maintenance for each well developed by engineering and management.
