I have never worked with anyone as invested in my success and learning as Adam! He's an incredible facilitator, leader, mentor, and cares not only about the work he produces, but cares about the people involved. Working as an intern on Adam's team, I always felt that I was given meaningful work and meaningful feedback. He knows how to run a team, foster relationships in the workplace, and how to create a psychologically safe environment. His mentor approach not only allows people their creative freedom, but it encourages individuals to become more engaged, problem solvers. Adam went above and beyond as a trainer, and most things I know about the workplace, I learned from him. Any organization would be lucky and fortunate to have Adam on their team.
