Solely responsible for all aspects of project deliverables and project execution; financial management, safety, quality, scheduling, permitting, contractor tendering and selection, client liaison. Also heavily involved in the interpretation and development of the client scope for individual projects and the tendering and project acquisition process. Development of key partner relationships, and promoting the use of Key Performance Indicators internally and externally. Towards the end of my tenure I was also involved in the promotion, planning and execution of CNG stations, one of which was a biomass regeneration programme, using converted, renewable energy from the biomass product to fuel the clients’ vehicle fleet.
