  I have been working on the field of Mechanical Engineering over a different companies on different positions like maintenance Supervisor- coca cola, Design Engineer-TEMDO, Sales Engineer-Geita Gold Mine, Senior mechanical Engineer-Mbeya cement, Preventive Maintenance manager-Mbeya cement and Currently Mechanical Manager at Mbeya cement as well.Mechanical Manager - Mbeya Cement Company Limited As a Mechanical manager, among many other activities performed some of which are:-- Make sure all mechanical and related activities done with respect to time, optimum cost, quality and safety - All shutdown and major jobs preparation done with respect to materials, spare parts as well contractors are properly selected with respect to their quality and performance levels in a given time. - Manage financial and material resources to optimize the quality of services for better economic performance.- Ensure optimum equipment availability and performance in the short, medium and long term, at minimum cost through better Inspection, planning, scheduling with better execution. - Implement and develop optimum maintenance mind set to the team for excellent performance, safe working while attaining good health and proper environment management care.- To contributes on overall performance and improvement of the plant, ensuring coordination and cooperation between maintenance and other departments highly attained.- To ensure on-going skills enhancement for employees, helping the development and implementation of training plans as well as proper coaching to individuals- Insure all planned jobs executed with respect to schedules, materials and manpower at optimum value
