  My primary focus is directing all aspects of the Meals on Wheels program in Polk County. This includes the building and development of driver team, that not only delivers food, but does a daily safety check of our clients.   At Jason's Deli team building was the biggest part of my job. Building management teams, and hourly staff as well through the concept of servant leadership was the focus.
