My primary focus is directing all aspects of the Meals on Wheels program in Polk County. This includes the building and development of driver team, that not only delivers food, but does a daily safety check of our clients. I am also working to improve the presentation, quality, and variety of the food we serve. Additional responsibilities include grant writing, fundraising, and implementing satisfaction benchmarks. I am working on this and more in a christian, non-profit setting, that is focused on the continuing the independent lifestyle of older adults.

At Jason's Deli team building was the biggest part of my job. Building management teams, and hourly staff as well through the concept of servant leadership was the focus. The teams that were built were charged with serving the highest quality food possible, while providing out of this world customer service. We would deliver returns on investment for our investors by empowering employees to take care of guests by doing "Whatever it takes". At Jason's Deli team building was the biggest part of my job.
