Adam is a perfect example of how a strength and conditioning professional can positively add to the culture of an athletic program. Not only does Coach Lane get the most out of his athletes physically, but mentally as well. I've had the opportunity to see Coach Lane present to small and large groups and during each, he has the ability to connect and provide value to everyone in attendance. I'm glad we're able to both be part of NHSSCA and create more awareness for the strength and conditioning community. Appreciate what you do, coach!
