  Since I first joined Round House in August 2021, I have learnt about almost all aspects of the business and how it operates. During my time at Round House I have: revamped the companies social media, optimised the websites SEO capabilities, wrote several articles to attract customers, curated job adverts, been involved in third party meetings that aim to bring innovative businesses and products to market, constructed various SOPs and training videos, wrote a number of HR policies, organised the companies health & safety, worked in the inspection department, helped organise and create a new QMS system and more recently helped undertake RCA of the business and coordinated a successful ISO 9001 inspection. Because of the analysis I helped curate that delved into the problems the business was having, and the recent successful ISO inspection, I am now beginning to work in the quality department of the business, looking to help evolve our continual improvement in order to reduce the amount of non-conformances.
