Responded to day-to-day service needs. Provided maintenance and washed vehicle fleet. Checked on all accounts, and conducted security inspections of staff. Provided security officer training as needed. Conducted post inspection of all temporary coverage. Review daily reports, brief and de-brief daily. Assist and supported Scheduling Manager as needed. Assisted with employee files, coaching and development. Conduct orientation for New Hires, instructed handcuff class and Sensitivity class to staff. Instructed Fire, Life safety class towards Client representatives and staff. In class attendance up to forty individuals at a time.
