"Ridiculously resourceful" is the phrase that comes to mind when I think about Adam Klooster. I had the opportunity to work with Adam while the was an Evidence Handling Analyst and now, as a Processing Services Analyst. I was immediately impressed on his ability to quickly adapt to new workflows, what usually takes new hires three months to master, he was able to do accomplish it in one. It was this same ability that allowed him to take part in special projects faster that many of his colleagues. He doesn't believe in failure, and welcomes any difficult task as a challenge, making it his purpose to master it and teach it to others. He has become a teacher, and mentor to many of his colleagues. The ability to train is usually a skill that takes years to develop, but it seemed to come perfectly naturally to him. Any company will be lucky to have Adam Klooster as part of their team.
