Bio
Brian Kayes
I worked with Adam for more than 5 years at JCI. Adam was great to work with, not just as an engineer, but as a person. His technical knowledge and personal skills are one of the main reasons I was able to learn mechanical refrigeration systems quickly when I first started at JCI. Adam is very easy to converse with and likes to explain how things work. Adam is hard working. He is a positive influence on others. Adam has great organizational skills and is able to work easily with others within the same group and with other, potentially competing groups. Overall, Adam is a great individual to work with and I hope one day we will work together again.
Greg Rzeplinski
I worked with Adam on several quality projects during his time at Johnson controls. Adam is very organized and is very methodical in his approach to resolving quality issues. He was diligent if in his pursuit of finding the root cause to quality issues and in implementing corrective actions. He works well in a team environment with effective communication and would be a great asset to any engineering team.
