Dealing with phone and email enquiries, taking bookings, cashing up, checking in clients to classes, resolving account issues, memberships, general advice around different types of classes available. • Admin, IT support for the team, hire of treatment rooms and yoga studios and dealing with new rental queries. Designing flyers for therapists and workshops and courses and updating the website with new events. Resolving website technical issues and liaising with technical support. Supporting teachers using projectors and sound systems. • Ensuring studios were always clean and well ventilated to an excellent standard. Ensuring noise levels are to a minimum, especially around treatment rooms and meditation areas. • Merchandising and stock control, finding and ordering books and new products for our shop. Organising printouts and photocopies and ensuring all students have the necessary course materials for yoga courses and workshops. • Proficient in the Mind Body Online booking system, business managements system for gym, spas and salons. Ensuring all insurance documents for therapists and teachers are current. Training new staff.
