I’ve had the pleasure of working with Adam in his role as a sales person for Ventana Surfboards & Supplies. He’s outstanding with customers and learned our product line, value propositions, and approach to storytelling extremely quickly. He listens to customers and his personality is such that customers want to listen to him. Our sales volume at events increased as a result of having him on board. Further, he’s a solid self-starter. One of the more impressive examples of this is when we were looking for a retail location and Adam took the initiative to evaluate foot traffic for the spot to determine whether it was appropriate for our business. I love working with Adam and only wish that we had a full time position to offer him. He’d be a terrific addition to any sales or customer relations team.
