Specific responsibilities include formulation of County Football Strategy elements for open age football with engagement with Key internal and external Partners, line management of Football Development Officer, Young Leadership and Volunteer programme, management of Small Sided Football Programme with lead on liaison with commercial partners. Working with Grassroots clubs and leagues to grown, retain and raise standards with the game. Delivering projects with specific focus depending on local area needs. Management of several projects and programmes simultaneously which are time sensitive and require detailed planning and budgeting. Key Achievements:- Strategic allocation of Sport England Whole Sport Plan funding, including budgeting, role creation and implementation.- County Association Marketing and Communications Group formation leading to improved public perception and implementing unified brand identity.- Key Partnership relationship development with joint initiative delivery with multiple partners.- Established 3rd largest open age Futsal League in the country operating on a financially sustainable model.- 37% increase in the number of affiliated Small Sided teams within Leicestershire and Rutland.- Over 30% reduction in pilot leagues discipline costs through development and delivery of intervention programmes.
