Initially appointed to deal with remortgage work before being quickly escalated to dealing with various sale and purchase transactions and developed a large number of private client and broker relations. Within 6 months in the role I was attending various marketing and networking events on behalf of the firm on a weekly basis in addition to fee earning. Due to the downturn of the property market it was decided that my skills would be redeployed in the firms bodily injury department and within a few months was given oversight of the firms uninsured loss recovery function in addition to managing a sizeable portfolio of bodily injury claims. Hired after only 2 weeks work experience within a satelite office and appointed the first dedicated administrative assistant for the firms national conveyancing centre. Whilst within 6 months I was promoted to fee earner during my time I implemented numerous processes for the streamlining of office procedures and developed a training manual and trained up and oversaw a team of 5. This role overlapped for a period of 2 months whilst I also trained as a fee earner.
