My role centred around ensuring a successful delivery of changes to the business was achieved. Collaborating with product owners and product managers to identify, measure and solve problems/opportunities through product data, as well as being part of squads to see a change through the entire software development life cycle. My responsibilities included - • Breaking down epics into stories, refining, estimating and priortising to bring into sprint. • Managing and prioritising bugs on a backlog and resolving to version release. • End to end analysis and discovery work to identify problems or opportunities. • Monitoring product data to both identify the problem and measure success • Working with UI/UX designers, bringing ideas and wireframes to explain solution and improve useability. Key Achievements • Establishing stability for a key operational product, through the management and prioritisation of bugs throughout the life cycle • Driver proof of delivery functionality to the app. Photographs of the delivery reduced the number of customer issues raised, increasing customer excellence, driver morale and reducing financial claims • Implementation of Route optimisation. Offering the quickest most efficient route for the driver and providing newly onboarded drivers the functionality required to learn the role. • Increased functionality to include deliveries for 3rd Party Products. Implementing a white label feature that provides an option to the business for delivering 3rd party items with agreed criteria • Internationalised the app from the UK into France and Belgium. Integrating features to ensure the app could be used in multiple languages and logistical challenges
