Supervise the Contractor’s work and ensure the compliance of the all the activities with the specifications and drawings. 3.   1. I was deployed in the last project at the excavation stage and left after the Project delivery. 2. I lead a team of a Site Engineer, 4 Supervisors and nearly a 100 Labourer and skilled worker. 3. The project had precast (Hollowcore) slabs, and I was responsible to check if the hollow core slabs design was not clashing with the architectural design (prior to manufacturing) 4. I was responsible for conducting plant visits to ensure the slabs were made as per the drawings and specifications 5. I was responsible for constructing the columns and the beams that will support the precast slabs; hence, it was very important to ensure the formwork was done very precisely in both the dimensions and levels in order for the slabs to fit in correctly. 6. I was responsible to coordinate with the MEP team to ensure their sleeves, ducts and openings are installed correctly in the slabs prior to slab erection and screed concrete casting. Show less
