I worked on a dam retaining about 10 thousand gallons of water for the filtration plant to service the main pipelines for the entire Dow Chemical facility. My duties included: Evaluating potential hazards ranging from electrocution to explosive arc flash due to the release of water inside a facility. Verifying completed inspection and maintenance of hydroelectric power generation and water conveyance, such as penstocks and water tunnels within a confined space. I also supervisor of the Alpha Vac Pump project and performed safety audits and weekly progress meeting to keep management up to date on project details.
