      Joined VIVE as a member in the early start up stage of the church. Now we have campuses planted around the world and have not stopped expanding. Have a heart to see people awoken to the reality of Jesus. My role as a campus pastor has many functions but the main roles are in organizational and people management. While in San Jose I oversaw a campus of hundreds of people and teams that were owning and operating in facets of the campus. From technology, production, music, tens of small groups that met all throughout the Bay Area as well as a kids ministry, there were leaders and structures placed that allowed for ongoing development and growth in these sections of the church. Public speaking and dynamic communications are vital to this role as we help to move people from receiving to leading. Whether on a stage in front of many or in a small setting communication is something that I am quite comfortable with. I love people and I really enjoy finding out what moves and inspires people to take steps of faith or to do something that they wouldn't have normally thought to do on their own. This is the key to success in my opinion. Inspiring someone to catch your vision and take it on as theirs.
