I worked at John Lewis at Home in Horsham as a Technical Support Partner, helping customers with any electrical enquires. These could include anything from answering questions on products, quoting guarantee information, assisting with sales as well as tablet and phone services. In addition to this I was also responsible for all electrical repairs which are necessary if I was unable to fix an item in store. For this to be a success I had to book any item in with the correct repair agent, tracking the repair throughout the process and notifying the customer of its anticipated return.Alongside my duties as a Technical Support Partner I would also aid the selling teams on the shop floor, offering my support for any new starters. Jan 2017 - Mar 2019
For just over two years I co-ran motorsport website Torque Press, helping organise a team of over 20 writers from around the world. The website focused on breaking news stories and went out to an audience of over 80,000 users across each social media platform. As well as my time co-running the website, I also wrote on the British Touring Car Championship and occasionally Formula 1, looking at any latest news stories and features on different aspects of each category. I left the website to focus on my own website. Show less

During my time with Sports Rants I wrote weekly features and articles on the British Touring Car Championship and Formula 1, often gaining over 1000 views each week. Considering the website was based in Miami and I was writing on predominantly European based categories, I felt this was a great achievement. At points I was gaining more views on my articles than the website founder. May 2016 - Oct 2016
From May 2016 to October 2016 I wrote for the Crawley News, producing a fan view column on local football team Crawley Town. My column included opinion pieces as well as observations about our team which included analysis and descriptions of key events. During my time I developed a keen and loyal fan base, with my articles getting over 1000 views each week, with one being discussed on social media by the presenters of the TalkSport breakfast show. Sadly the paper closed six months into my time with them. Show less
