Act as the safety advisor for operations management and/or related supervision on eachproject and provide technical support for safety and occupational health requirements.Evaluate Incident reports, incident investigation to determine root cause, recommend and implement corrective measures.Inspect and identify hazards that may exist during demolition and installation of electrical systems and other components of construction in order to mitigate hazards. Once a hazard has been identified, develop and recommend a plan to modify or redesign the tasks in order to mitigate or eliminate the hazard as needed.Enhanced the policies and procedures used when working on energized electrical equipment to reduce the risk of arc-flash, property damage, and personal injury.Determine training requirements for Company employees and ensure training isprovided to achieve appropriate safety knowledge levels and behavior.Manage and administer Company Safety Staff and evaluate which projects requireadditional safety attention and staff accordingly.
