Main responsibilities include filling trolleys with the correct refrigerator unit parts according to the picking list before they are dispatched to the build line to be constructed. My other responsibilities include counting the number of available parts from the factory and stores before they get filled on to the shelves so that they can be picked. In this job, I’m required to be physically capable of handling and transporting heavy equipment as well as having close attention to detail and high level of accuracy skills whilst counting stock before storing them on the shelves. I also developed ways to make work easier like counting every ten singles and tallying them up whilst carrying out stock takes.

Worked as a team member in the fresh meat and dairy department. The daily tasks included making sure the cabinets across the shop floor were operating at suitable temperatures, ensuring shelves were replenished and filled throughout the store, carefully disposing of waste products, and dealing with customer queries. This has allowed me to develop my abilities in working effectively both independently and as a part of a team to make customers shopping experience as easy and enjoyable as possible. I gained experience in handling difficult situations like making safety a top priority for customers during the COVID-19 pandemic and multi-skilling techniques by helping out in other departments such as the checkouts, personal shopping for online customers and the petrol station.
