Adam and I were colleagues whilst designing and conducting a development centre to final year business students. During the process Adam showed his skills as a team player who showed great competency at problem solving. He showed great creativity as well as professionalism who works hard to make sure everyone is comfortable with their tasks and will help out if needed.

Adam's degree course provided him with the opportunity to develop a wide range of skills and knowledge to prepare him for the future. As part of his final year, he studied Managing and Developing People and was part of team of final year students who successfully designed and delivered a development centre aimed at supporting fellow students develop graduate competencies.
