Lorraine Dyer
As peers and members of the Senior Leadership team at IES, Adam and I worked together on a number of strategic projects as well as ensuring that the HR and IT strategies aligned with the company’s goals and vision. Adam consistently demonstrated his capability in his specialist field of information technology and reinforced this through his team whilst providing high levels of customer service. Collectively they achieved the right balance of troubleshooting and being able to communicate IT matters in a very simple and understandable way, removing the myths and confusion on what can be to some, a complex subject. At the time when COVID 19 impacted on the college, Adam was instrumental in expediting the delivery of the Foundation Year Program from the traditional classroom environment to a blended online solution with positive results. This resulted in a positive transition for the college through what was an extremely challenging time and to its continued success to date.

Adam was instrumental in the creation of the IT and digital environment which supports teaching, learning, and collaboration at IES College. During our work together, Adam was consistently customer-focused, innovative, and genuinely collaborative. He was able to transform our digital needs brief into a comprehensive and connected IT system which supports students in a range of learning environments (on-site, off-site, classroom, library), e-learning infrastructure to enhance 21st century pedagogy, and implement a range of tools to support the collaborative needs of teaching professionals. This project was integral to IES College's authorisation as an International Baccalaureate World School. Adam is a committed professional, and with a positive solutions-focussed approach to projects. He would be an asset to any team and organisation.
