While at Chambers Communications I had the opportunity to be involved in several large television productions. It was my responsibility to evaluate the crew staffing needs, evaluate resumes and hire crew for the production. I was also responsible for developing the budget for all of the technical portions of the productions and making sure that we stayed on budget. I negotiated rates, discounts, and deliverables as well as approved bills as they came in.
