      As part of the creation of the Technical Architecture department, I was asked to join as a Technical Architect based on my vast experience within the IT industry. This would be done when remote support was not appropriate (network or server issues for example).As part of the role I would assist the Professional Services department with crossover projects that involved fully managed / 4th line support customers. This would require full documentation being created and handover communication being carried out.Due to the seniority of the role, I would work closely with the Helpdesk Manager and Escalations Manager to ensure efficient running of the helpdesk as well as investigating repeat issues and work to find a definitive solution and using experience / lessons learned to put preventative measures in place.
