Working as a Site manager for CMT who were the principle contractor on this very big project. My site was a 35 mtrs deep shaft, 80mtrs long and 18mtrs wide. The site was running well with good progress being made while trying to keep up high H&S standards. The deep excavations was a challenge with the water level and ingress as well as contamination. The 5 levels of strutts and beams was also a challenge due to the tight openings at ground level and length of beams.
