My role invloved going into property's to assess the clients need. I feel a tenant and Landlord should get the best help possible. I achieve this by following the 29 steps in risk assessment to make sure the property is safe. I look for legionella risks, smoke alarm and carbon monoxide risks, lead and aspestos detection, damp and mould, pat test landlord appliances, windows and seals, I had a great deal of satisfaction in this role.
