I am also responsible for managing the client’s expectations of delivery, service level agreements (SLA) and all communication which can include meetings, delivery updates and bespoke reporting. Each client is different, therefore flexibility on how communication updates are provided is vital and how each meeting is delivered will be bespoke to that organization. Once the orders are fluid, it is my responsibility to adjust orders when required to ensure the end user has the desired solution. A key part of my work is being responsible for prioritising my own workload. This can include expediting orders and following a customer service plan (CSP) to ensure orders are escalated where necessary. Though I manage these orders / projects, end to end working as part of a team is essential to make sure the project is delivered on time. I do this by supporting team members when their project needs additional support due to SLA, training team members so they are up to date with latest processes and procedures. Additionally, I manage external contractors to deliver orders on time. During my time working as a Data Solutions Coordinator I built my knowledge on layer 3 products including IP, router and MPLS knowledge. I have worked with some of Talk Talks major business partners who have placed 1000 circuits. To ensure success, I managed all circuits from start to finish including creating a bespoke report, attending weekly calls, and managing the partner expectations.
