The project involved exploring root causes for current issues including cultural factors, and subsequently examining ways to improve engagement, communication, and cross-functional collaboration across the system. The client reported a high degree of satisfaction with the project, citing more of an impact on the current problem than had been experienced in years, products from the project are still being used by management to assist in planning and decision making.
