I am a director of an accounting firm in the city and we had a staffing issue that we were unsure on how to handle. Adam and the team at Westmore Jacobs took our brief quickly, dealt with our issues and gave proactive advice in non legal speak that made a potential tricky issue into an easy to handle situation. He also advice in a way that saved us time and fees. What lawyer does that? So, if you are an employer, and want experience workplace legal advice in an easy to understand manner then I can not recommend Adam highly enough.

KCL Law (formerly Kliger Partners) is a mid-tier law firm based in Melbourne. The firm’s clients include large ‘household name’ companies, SMEs, high net worth individuals and family businesses. I worked in the employment and workplace relations team. It was a growing practice, in which I advised on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious matters. KCL Law (formerly Kliger Partners) is a mid-tier law firm based in Melbourne. CCI Lawyers is a legal practice owned by VECCI. In August 2013 I moved into this role from my position as VECCI’s Senior Workplace Relations Consultant. This was an exciting opportunity, and the first time I practised as a Solicitor. My position at CCI Lawyers involved a mixture of advisory and litigation work for SMEs. Litigious matters including proceedings listed in the Fair Work Commission, VCAT and the Victorian Magistrates’ Court. CCI Lawyers is a legal practice owned by VECCI.
