I would like to take a moment to recommend Adam for his exceptional leadership and management skills. His ability to effectively be hands on and manage a small IT team and ensure smooth operations has been commendable. Adam has consistently encouraged and supported me and his dedication, commitment to the company and it's development has been a great motivator for me. I really appreciated your efforts and believe that you were an invaluable asset to the organisation. Thank you for all that you did and all the very best of luck for what comes next.

My career with Fish4Dogs started when the business was a team of just six looking for IT support. My prior experience in IT and management made me an ideal fit and we have developed together as a team and business since then. I have thoroughly enjoyed leading the IT function throughout the last 16 years and have supported the business as we increased from a handful of laptops in a single office to a multi-million-pound turnover business with two UK sites, operations abroad and fully integrated systems & hardware. Key achievements Leading and being involved in numerous projects; ensuring the business is always ready for the next steps in its growth – be it migrations to Exchange Server followed by Office 365, a full suite of onsite servers (including virtual), backups, processes, staff training, the ability to seamlessly transfer to WFH when Covid hit and have led the business on an IT journey from a staff base of six to over 60 in various countries The installation of a new ERP system is usually a challenge in itself – coupled with the first Covid lockdown, where we were unable to meet the SAP service provider in person until the go-live date and handling all staff training via remote sessions, increased the likelihood of failure. I planned and delivered the project successfully and this was recognised as such by senior management The move to Redditch (a new build factory) came at the same time as a change of IT Provider and also a complete infrastructure refresh. Despite being heavily involved in the site move and completely responsible for the other two projects, through teamwork, careful planning, accurate execution and sheer hard work the projects were all delivered on time – again this achievement was recognised by senior management Show less
