All media plans were briefed into a central Channel Planning team. We each had a number of main clients, of which mine included Rolls-Royce, BAE Systems and Astra Zeneca - each of us working across all sectors and budgets. Researching, developing and delivering recruitment planning strategies and campaigns of low, medium and high complexity and multi-platform - consistently meeting client briefs, as well as AMS' own delivery SLA's and objectives. Day-to-day included: - Working with Client Services and Clients directly on yearly strategies. - Presenting Channel Plans to internal and external stakeholders. - Negotiating with media on all strategy planning, contributing to AMS' P&L. - Keeping ahead on new technologies and opportunities for innovative briefs and campaigns.
