With Dynamic desk sharing as the workplace seating set-up, as well as state of the art facilities such as, HVAC being delivered via under raised floor instead of traditional overhead ducting, this facility is a handful to maintain especially in one of Shells toughest years. With the new motto of operating “lower for longer”, true value is obtained in collaboration with business partners like JLL, as they keep operation costs low without the compromise of quality. In my employment within the Shell account, I have assisted the client in identification of untapped benefits through mini projects initiatives. One such initiative, is the server room FCU chilled water reduction, which saw savings of bills charges within the first month of implementation. These initiatives resulted in hard monetary savings and a sustainable work environment.
