I am in charge of programmatic sales working under the Head of programmatic and revenue, and the Digital Director of CNIC. My responsibility for the UK business haven’t changed, however I am now also in charge of the international revenue for cross market deals. I also manage the activation executive that was hired to give me more time to focus on sales after moving from Condé Nast Britain. I have overseen the launch new products, working closely with the product teams on both a commercial and technical level. I am currently one of the key stakeholders in the re-organisation of our platforms, as we discover the best header bidding, wrappers and SSP solutions to move forward with. As of June the Head of programmatic has gone on maternity leave, leaving me in sole charge of the revenue generation for 2017. So far in 2017 I am 60% YoY growth and 36% over the target set at the beginning of the Year.

I worked closely with our product team to discover and implement new formats and technology across our entire portfolio. Contributing both to my own revenue and that of our traditional sales teams. I’ve been a champion for Programmatic throughout CNI giving regular training and market updates to a wide variety of colleagues, from junior execs to members of the executive board.
