Systems administrator in charge of maintaining and deploying a variety of systems, including Azure Stack HCI, Office 365, Microsoft Azure, Windows Servers, and our ITSM. Systems are managed via the use of Powershell scripting in both Azure and our on-premise hybrid environment. I also manage a hybrid Active Directory environment through Powershell automation and scheduled tasks. I manage our endpoints through Microsoft Intune by configuring, and deploying, endpoint configuration policies, applications, and security policies. Devices are ran through Windows Autopilot for device standardization. Configured, deployed, and manage our Freshservice ITSM instance, including the creation of knowledge articles, user permissions, integrations, workflow automation, and asset tracking. Configured and deployed our our cluster through Azure Stack HCI. Systems are managed through Windows Admin Center and Powershell. Maintain our Cisco Meraki Environment, including the creation of new networks and subnets to fit the needs of the business. Setup and installed Meraki hardware, including Switches, Fiber SFP+ Switches, Firewalls, and WAPs. Support and deploy 3rd party applications and integrate them with our current systems as needed.
