  The major responsibilities were the design and management of civil servicing projects for land development projects varying from 2-lot, to 25-lot subdivisions, to 40 unit multi-family residential, to , comprehensive, high-rise developments in City centres. Typical duties include:- Project initiation with consulting team and coordination;- Site reconnaisance and preparation of preliminary servicing and access concept designs and reports;- Preparation of detailed design drawings and completion of calculations necessary for lot grading, roadworks, watermains, water metering, sanitary sewers, storm sewers, stormwater control, stormwater detention facilities, street lighting, roadway signage and marking, and erosion and sediment control;- Liaise with internal team members for drafting and project development including drafters, design engineers, inspectors, administrative assistants to meet project deadlines, goals and budgets;- Preparation of cost estimates of civil works for various purposes including Servicing Agreement and feasibility studies;- Preparation of technical memos, reports, and other engineering documents;-Preparation of Servicing Agreement documents, Building Permit Applications, Erosion and Sediment Control Permit applications, Latecomer Applications;-Attend and participate in meetings with clients, representatives of municipalities, contractors, project consulting team, utility agencies, and various stakeholders;-Liaise with third-party utility agencies, project consultants, manufacturers, sub-consultants, and project team;-Drafting and design using AutoCAD Civil3D, as required;-Preparation of tender documents, tender drawings, issuing tenders, responding to tenderers and issuing addenda, processing bids, awarding contracts, and preparation of construction drawings;-Construction and inspection support and adminstration and inspection support, onsite inspections, review of constructed works;-Contract adminstration and support
