Multiple arduous sea tours on U.S. Naval aircraft carriers, assigned to what many consider the most dangerous occupation on earth. Shattered the U.S. Navy's record for longest post-Cold War carrier deployment during Abraham Lincoln's 2019-2020 10-month around the world deployment. Amid persevering the extended deployment, trained and qualified 11 flight operations supervisors and 156 crewmen in the safe launch and recovery of 19,541 aircraft and the execution of 14,755 aircraft moves. Additionally, I have had the privilege of undergoing Refueling and Complex Overhaul (RCOH) during a nuclear-powered aircraft carrier's 50-year service. According to RAND National Defense Research Institute, "RCOH may be the most challenging engineering and industrial task undertaken anywhere by any organization." I was the driving force for the meticulous planning of refurbishment efforts for the second largest division. I ensured the timely execution and quality assurance of 425 checkpoints during the completion of 330,200 square feet of non-skid on the flight deck and hangar bay. I have also held numerous collateral positions within the various organizations I have served, the majority of which consisted of the training and management of people. I participated in the sponsorship of prospective new personnel gains, looking after 131 inbound members, assuring their accountability, and providing a smooth transition to the organization. Improved readiness through enhanced victim support and increased accountability. Certified Department of Defense Sexual Assault and Prevention (SAPR) Victim Advocate. Responsible for educating 215 crewmembers on sexual assault and intervention procedures during four command indoctrinations. Finally, I was a valued member of the Air Department Training Team which trained, supervised, and directed 568 personnel in proper aircraft firefighting techniques and procedures. Show less
