H.O.C.C.S is the original Day Reporting Program (DRP) in Marion County and the second oldest in Indiana since 1993. H.O.C.C.S. also specializes in a twenty-four hour, seven day a week electronic monitoring alternative sentencing program that started in 1995. Through their program, they provide community based punishment for defendants in Indianapolis, Indiana, in lieu of a jail or prison commitment. H.O.C.C.S. offers the at-risk defendants a chance of successful integration back into the community, by participating in Day Reporting or Home Detention. Also, H.O.C.C.S. provides Ignition Interlock, Substance Abuse Counseling, Anger Control, and other Life Skill programming. Defendants benefit from the supervision and case management of seasoned consultants throughout the program. The employment, education, family activities and counseling of each client is carefully constructed to promote a successful balance of productivity and correction. All services offered by H.O.C.C.S are self-pay by defendants. No tax contributions are accepted by the State of Indiana to fund programs. Show less

I started out as private and worked my way to specialist and deployed to Iraq 2010 - 2011 JSS Justice and FOB Hammer towards the end of the deployment. I served 1 year as mail clerk for 5-4 Cav until my leave date of April 2013. As my ETS ended in May 2013, I was placed in Inactive Ready Reserves until September 2017. Discharge: Honorable If needed, can provide DD214.
