  As a host I am at the forefront at displaying plus 1 customer service to the public. On top of that, I am also accountable for various other things such as: - Reporting to management and handling incident reports that result in public injury, loss, problem patrons, theft, and locker incidents. - Assist security when incidents occur - Ensuring the safety of the patrons - Responsible for precise set-ups and take downs in various rooms in the facility throughout the day. - Required to take down numerous statistics throughout the facility every hour - Required to prioritize all tasks throughout the day and respectfully take charge in guiding my coworkers in assisting me with all tasks. - Maintaining a presence on the floor and assisting customers with questions involving facility information, schedules and programs.
