Pure Projects is a new specialist Project Management service provider. Our business is founded on the principle of valuing long term relationships with our clients, partners and suppliers. Our leaders are all qualified and experienced project directors who have successfully managed and delivered large scale complex projects by effectively leading large teams of talented individuals for more than 15 years in Australia, UAE, South Africa and throughout Asia. We currently operate in Australia with offices in Sydney and Perth along with associates in New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong and India. Our business is lead by individuals who are former senior executives in ASX listed companies, and owners of large private businesses. We know the commercial drivers and challenges of leading and growing successful service enterprises and bring this commercial approach to our clients and projects. Our team is hands on, we expect everyone in the business to work on projects. Good project management is about leading and enabling teams of people, and our people are respected and renowned leaders. Our systems and methodologies are robust and have been prepared on a project centric basis – continually asking ‘will this improve project outcomes?’. Our approach is to provide clarity on what is required, focus on what is important and provide the drive to achieve it. Pure Projects believe that every client and project is unique, which demands a unique approach with suitably tailored teams and systems to ensure success.
