From hiring and training managers to having overseen the development of restaurant staff, I build high-achieving teams with limited turnover rates, which meant better and consistent quality of service was delivered on a regular basis. In reviewing business/consumer patterns and I developed scheduling templates that reduced labor costs without sacrificing standards set by the company. To further the abilities of all employees, I conducted performance evaluations and provided constructive feedback on how each person could make a greater impact.
