Working closely more than 40 entities worldwide, gathering monthly the financial data, analyzing and consolidating them, demands a strong technical background. The main responsibilities included the assistance with the closing process at month end, preparation of financial reports at the division and department level, Variable Cost controlling, P&L elaboration and analysis, current forecast and business plan preparation. As internal auditor and with coordination function in Aveiro plant, I have contact with all plant processes and departments such as logistic, purchasing, accounting, production and I assure that there is no risk in commercial processes leading with unjustified cash outflows or manipulated data and additionally assure the continues process improvement in the organization . Having this experience as auditor allow me to have excellent communication skill and able to build strong relationships within and outside of a finance department as well as effectively communicating financial information to non-finance colleagues.
