The Engineering Department hired me to prepare renovation and expansion designs for 18 Forums in the state and the Special and Small Claims Courts in São Luis (MA). Besides being on the design team in the first year, I supervised expansions and renovations in 2 Forums in different cities (Bacabal and Coroatá). In the second year, I developed the São Luis Forum renovation design, managed and summarized the progress of projects, and prepared reports for upper management on the new construction of Timom and Codó Forums.

Initially hired as a collaborating architect, I became an associate architect due to his good professional performance in projects and construction management in January 1997. Among the main activities developed, architectural designs of Fabric Factory in Rosário (over 1,500m²), Eco Resort in Barreirinhas (12 chalets, 1 restaurant and support area, leisure center with swimming pool and sports court, with over 8,000m²) and several Medical and Dental Clinics in São Luis. Design and managing Interior Design Projects and furniture for over 9 Stores in Shopping Centers were also part of my activities in the company.Among the many Single-family and Multi-family Residential architectural designs and some Commercial buildings developed, the most relevant was the Zodiac Residential Building (16 floors, 32 apartments and over 5,000m²), Cosmopolitan Residential Building (16 floors, 32 apartments and over 5,000m²), Roncador Botanical Garden (4 ha), Shopping do Cidadão (450m²) and the headquarters of the Yazigi Language Institute (3,000m²).
