Avril Laurie

Throughout Angela's time at Buckle Pty Ltd her motivation and energy was of the highest level. Her keen eye and marketing skills took the company to new levels as she re-branded and brought this historic company into a new age.

I worked together with Angela on the 2009 AGSM Qantas Case Challenge. Whilst only a week-long activity, it was obvious that Angela was applying her natural approach to any short term assignment, investing significant periods of time researching and coordinating our team's practical take on the development of the case strategy. She clearly has significant experience to offer any business/organisation and demonstrated her ability to add immediate value in the strategy, preparation and delivery phases of our case challenge.

New art works being installed from 2016 - Continued to fight against over development in Waverley Former Chair of the following Community Committees: - Public Art Committee - Community Safety Committee - Access Committee I believe that community committees should be just that and during my time at Waverley Council I reinvented these committees with new terms of reference, policies and guidelines that ensure that community members within the committees are able to contribute in a meaningful way. My goal is to make Waverley more beautiful, nicer to live in and get around. This means reducing the rubbish left on our streets, planting more trees and improving design in public infrastructure.
