I hired Achuth Pai in Singapore to work in my organization when I was responsible for the Asia Pacific GSS Operations at Dilithium. He impressed me with a high level of enthusiasm and energy and rapidly became an indispensable part of the organization. He was always willing to take on the toughest projects and deal effectively with highly demanding customers in the region. In addition, he showed great aptitude at Sales related activities as well and traveled extensively to support such activities in the region with customers in many countries. He was an effective communicator and I generally received very positive feedback from the customers in the accounts that he was involved in. He worked highly effectively with minimal supervision and worked very well in a globally distributed team environment. He took on a wide variety of roles and executed them effectively. He was a very sharp learner and picked up complex technologies very quickly and became an expert. It was a true pleasure to have him in my team and he was instrumental in the success of the organization.
